Drawing on the spiritual wisdom of ancient herbal traditions, this blend is based on herbs including tulsi, bacopa and gotu kola, which have traditionally been used to support higher consciousness, spiritual connection, mental clarity and deeper meditative states. Ingredients

Tulsi (Ocimum Sanctum), Spearmint (Mentha Spicata)*, Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica), Withania (Withania Somnifera), Bacopa (Bacopa Monniera), Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Rose (Rosa Centifolia).

Directions For Use

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
